A special type of person

We believe in creative thinking and that creativity has the power to change the world in a positive way.

We also believe that the people within a service-based organisation actually are the brand – and we make every effort to build a team of people at TANK who reflect all of our values and aspirations.
The TANK person is a special type of person – their interests and experience are broad, and their specialities run deep. Altogether they bring a breadth of expertise across all of our disciplines, and a world view from outside of their working lives, that always continues to nourish our work and our ideas.
Often described as ‘T-Shaped People’, these people bring with them stories, values and experience that are critical to creating succesful brand strategy and creative ideas that are meaningful and deep with human truths.
